You install Promter as an app and it works completely without internet after the first load. Your scripts, projects and settings stay on your device. There is no account, there is no server, and nothing you write ever leaves your machine.

Inside Promter there are no third-party fonts, no analytics, no embeds, no pixels. Nothing in the app calls another origin. Open DevTools and look at the network tab, or just turn off the wi-fi and keep working.

Promter is a PWA: you install it from the browser, on desktop or mobile, and it gets an icon and opens on its own, like any app. The difference is that updates arrive without you downloading anything.

Because everything lives in your browser, clearing your browser data erases your scripts. It's the same mechanism that guarantees nobody else can reach them. That's why file export and QR backup exist. And they're worth using.
Being local also means there's no automatic sync between devices and no way for two people to work on the same script. That's a conversation for when the cloud exists.
