There isn't one. There's no server to pay for, so there's no cost to pass on and no data of yours to sell. What exists today stays free. Whatever comes from the cloud one day will be paid, because that's when a server enters the picture.

You can. The video is yours, recorded on your device. We have nothing to do with it.
If you clear your browser data, yes. That's the honest trade-off of everything being local: the same mechanism that keeps anyone else out also leaves you responsible for them. That's why file export and QR backup exist. Use them.
